For a complete schedule for the entire year, refer to the events schedule.

The Dorcas Thrift Shop offers a wide variety of merchandise including clothing for the whole family, shoes, coats, small appliances, vintage items, books, in-store floral arrangements, jewelry, audio books, toys/games, lamps, dishes, and more, all at affordable prices.

You can assist the CCA programs through the Dorcas Thrift Shop in two ways. Donate clothing and other items in good condition that you no longer need. By shopping in the Dorcas Thrift Shop you also support CCA programs. Sales in the Dorcas Thrift Shop provide the bulk of the funding for the Crisis Ministry and other outreach ministries and for the wide range of other programs in our community that are sponsored by CCA.

Volunteering

Volunteers at our Dorcas Thrift Shop sort and price donated items, stock our sales space, and operate the checkout. We always need volunteers, but now we need extra volunteers because we are making plans to increase our operating hours by being open another two hours each day to 4:00 pm. If you can volunteer, we will provide formal training or we will have you shadow an experienced volunteer. You will find your volunteer time at the Dorcas Thrift Shop to be enjoyable and rewarding.

CCA volunteers offer their time and talents in this vital, growing, Christian ministry. In return, they receive the great gift of being a functioning part of the Body of Christ in an atmosphere of family love and support.
